The QuestionPro Customer Experience app is most trusted app for monitoring your company NPS score and detractors. This application gives you an overview of the total number of responses, NPS score, number of promoters, passive and detractors in graphical format. This version of app is supported on android phones and tablets running OS v4.1 and above.
Using the QuestionPro Customer Experience application is quite easy, simply enter the email address, password registered with QuestionPro and enter the access code which can be added from the Customer Experience account.
